He has surpassed his "dying-time" with a few days now, which has never happened to me before, and i honestly doesn't know what to do. I can't find a cheat that will let me kill him with a command. I don't use mods or CC.

My first mermaid sim has been an elder for well over 150 days and I don't think she'll ever die. She became an elder the day after her daughter became a teen. I got the notice that she was going to die soon but it didn't happen. The daughter went to college and got married, now they're all living together waiting. I don't just want to kill her.
My two parent sims recently aged up as elders, and one passed. But the other on won't die. Her age bubble is full, and she's been alive for quite a long time. I eventually got sick of it and tried to kill her on my own, but nothing is working. I tried woohooing her to death and working out to death, didn't work.
